At AdorablePets®, we understand the importance of receiving quality products for your pets quickly and safely. That's why we have designed our shipping policy to ensure that your shopping experience is exceptional. Below, you will find detailed information about shipping costs, delivery times, and the packaging of our products.
Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $150. However, this promotion does not apply to destinations in Alaska, Hawaii, and certain areas of Montana due to geographical coverage restrictions.
For orders under $150, a flat shipping fee ranging from $15 to $30 will apply, depending on the delivery zone.
For regions requiring urgent shipping, we offer express shipping options of 1 to 3 days. The cost of this service will be calculated based on weight and distance; we recommend placing orders in increments of 28 LB (average monthly consumption) to optimize shipping costs.
Shipping Times
Our shipments are processed from Monday to Wednesday each week. Orders placed between Wednesday and Sunday will be handled and shipped the following week.
Tracking numbers will be sent via email on the same day your package is shipped, in the afternoon. If you do not receive a tracking email, we recommend waiting until Thursday before contacting our customer service.

We use reliable carriers such as Uber, Lyft, UPS, FedEx, and regional carriers. Delivery times vary from 1 to 3 days, depending on the destination. For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, we use the 2-day express shipping method. You can always log into your account on our website to check the status of your order.
Product Packaging
All our products are shipped refrigerated using biodegradable and recyclable packaging, with gel ice to ensure the freshness of the items.
If your package arrives with products that are slightly thawed or in the process of thawing, do not worry; this is normal and safe. We use HPP technology, which does not require freezing, just keep it refrigerated. As long as the products remain below 40°F, they are completely safe to be stored back in the fridge or can be offered to your pet right away.
