U.S. Returns & Refunds Policy
Standard Return Policy
When returning a product purchased online from AdorablePets®, please keep the following in mind:
- You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Only items purchased directly from AdorablePets® (either online or at an official store) can be returned. Products purchased from other retailers must adhere to their respective return policies.
- Ensure that the item is repackaged with all included materials (gel ice, documentation, etc.).
Items ineligible for return include:
- Opened food items
- Custom pet products (e.g., personalized food)
- Gift or vouchers
How to Return an Item
Return Shipping Process
To return an item, follow these steps:
- Initiate your return: Sign in to your account on our website with your credentials. Navigate to your order history and select the item you wish to return.
- Print the return label: Follow the prompts to print the return shipping label and send us a photo of the package with the label attached.
- Package your item: Use the original packaging if possible. Attach the printed return label.
- Ship your return: Drop off the package at your preferred shipping carrier’s location or schedule a pickup.
In-store Returns: You can also return items at the AdorablePets® store where you purchased them. An associate will assist you with your return, and your refund will be processed at that time.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund. The method of your refund will depend on your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunds will be issued to your card-issuing bank within five business days of receiving the returned item.
- Store Credit: If you used a gift card or store credit for your purchase, the refund will be provided via store credit.
- Apple Account Balance: If applicable, refunds will be credited back to your Apple Account Balance.
